DeleteHi Susan, I love the look of your artwork, and so apparently do those pretty birds. Free range children and animals made me smile, but an important reminder to slow down. I also liked the look of your pelicans, different coloring to ones I have seen recently. Great post!
ReplyDeleteThank you Denise, those pelicans are quite different to yours aren't they - ours aren't as tame as those ones you came across. Although they feigned temporary tameness in order to get a chip or two from us :D)

DeleteHi Susan, How funny and clever are the 'follow me' trucks! And, that's a great shot of the Pelicans! Your subjects just seem to love you-me, I have to chase them down and usually just get back behind shots! Haha! So what creature was the poor waif? I can't tell what it is-guess my eyes are tired!

Hi Suzanne, yes, actually the trucks were good - they guided a few cars at a time through some busy sections of road works. Not a bad idea.

DeleteThat poor little waif thrust carelessly on the side of the highway was a torn old soft toy doggie - I reported it to the "Cruelty to Soft Toys Association" too.
